Itinerary
- Day 1: Kathmandu – Arrival and Transfer to Hotel
Arrive in Kathmandu, where you’ll be met at Tribhuvan International Airport and transferred to your hotel. Rest and recover or visit the trek office for a briefing. - Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla Flight – Trek to Phakding (2,652m)
Take an early morning flight to Lukla, enjoying spectacular mountain views. Meet the trekking crew and begin the short walk to Phakding. Overnight in a teahouse. - Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Follow the Dudh Koshi River through pine forests, passing several villages before entering Sagarmatha National Park. A steep ascent leads to Namche Bazaar, offering the first glimpses of Mount Everest. Overnight in a teahouse. - Day 4: Namche Acclimatization and Exploration
Spend the day adjusting to the altitude with a short hike to a nearby viewpoint or village. Explore Namche Bazaar’s visitor center, cafes, and local culture. Overnight in a teahouse. - Day 5: Namche to Phorse Village (3,800m)
Hike past Mugla Pass, enjoying stunning views of Ama Dablam and Thamserku. Descend to the Dudh Koshi River before climbing through rhododendron and pine forests to reach Phorse. Overnight in a lodge. - Day 6: Phorse to Dingboche (4,360m)
Visit the region’s largest Buddhist monastery before trekking through alpine forests and remote villages. Ascend the Khumbila Khola Valley, passing impressive mountain views before reaching Dingboche. Overnight in a teahouse. - Day 7: Dingboche to Duglha (4,600m)
Trek through the Khumbu Khola Valley, passing yak herder settlements and historic Everest expedition sites. Enjoy views of Cholatse and Pumori before reaching Duglha. Overnight in a teahouse. - Day 8: Duglha to Lobuche (4,940m)
Climb the steep moraine of the Khumbu Glacier, passing memorials to lost climbers. Enjoy panoramic views of Khumbutse, Pumori, and Mahalangur before reaching Lobuche. Overnight in a teahouse. - Day 9: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,150m) – Everest Base Camp (5,364m) – Return to Gorakshep
Trek through glacial terrain to reach Everest Base Camp, taking in breathtaking views of the Khumbu Icefall. Descend back to Gorakshep for an overnight stay in a teahouse. - Day 10: Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5,545m) – Trek to Pheriche (4,280m)
Start early to hike to Kala Patthar for a sunrise view of Mount Everest. After capturing the incredible scenery, descend to Pheriche. Overnight in a teahouse. - Day 11: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Retrace your steps through alpine forests and villages, visiting Pangboche Monastery. Cross the Dudh Koshi River and continue to Namche Bazaar. Overnight in a teahouse. - Day 12: Namche to Lukla (2,800m)
Descend through forests and across suspension bridges, passing familiar villages before reaching Lukla, where the trek concludes. Overnight in a lodge. - Day 13: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu
Fly back to Kathmandu, where you’ll have time to explore, shop, or relax before an evening celebration of your successful trek. - Day 14: Departure from Kathmandu
